Celebration of the 2008 Olympic Games
On the afternoon of August 2nd, Skeenway held a recreational sports meeting, which all the office staff actively took part in.
As celebration for the forthcoming 2008 Olympic Games, our sports meeting aimed at employees’ better health and stronger cohesion. Taking “Participation and Recreation” as its theme, the meeting not only included standard events such as men’s and women’s 100-meter race, men’s 1500-meter race and women’s 800-meter race, but also emphasized on recreational ones, multi-style relay, kangaroo-jump, basketball rolling, rope skipping, multi-racing, balloon carrying, and “swamp”- ferrying included. During the whole exciting afternoon, racers brought their wits and judgments into full play; audience aside also urged them on with loud cheers.
Our recreational sports meeting concluded with complete success. It had not only provided opportunity for employees to relax and enjoy themselves, but also enhanced their teamwork and perseverance.
