Buyer must email us ( info@skeenway.com ) if you receive a defective item or any item needs to be repaired under the warranty period. We replace or fix the item for you free of charge. But all returns must be shipped freight prepaid with tracking information. The item must be in the original packaging with all the accessories included.We will issue an exchange free of charge for the following reasons: Defected Item or wrong Item Shipped.
